Most of us will remember this!
It has been hanging in the Eyre toilet for over 20 years and every time you go there you sit and read it over and over again.
It was written by Norm Robinson and illustrated by Kerry Reid, with the calligraphy by Donna Reid.
The poem is available on a postcard should you wish to obtain a copy .
Unfortunately it wasn’t based on a Lawson poem, but Banjo Patterson’s “Clancy of the Overflow’.
